In accordance with the ancient tradition of Italian cuisine Fooditalia has developed numerous baked products with a reduced intake of calories and carbohydrates.
Products are prepared from vegetable isolated protein* and fiber, which at first glance may look similar to a wheat flour, but in their nutritional composition are substantially different. In fact a normal flour has 75% of carbs, 12% of protein and only 2% of fiber, where as our composition has 50% protein, 40% fiber and 10% carbohydrates.
